God has always spoken to man to guide him in his life, although our nature is to live an independent life from Him. The Lord has always spoken to those who came to Him and has revealed His Will and the truth for our lives, so that we may know Him. But if you read the Bible with critical attitude to judge whether or not to do what God says, you will not understand it and will misinterpret it: "...for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life" 2Corinthians 3:6. This is the will of God, that His Word may not be understood if He is not loved: ... " God has given them eyes that they should not see and ears that they should not hear"... But if you seek the truth, the Bible reveals as ...the Word of God made flesh, Yahshua himself talks to us... John 1. Under this attitude it is understood spiritually, and talks to every one of us in the circumstances of our own daily life. If you truly give yourself to God, then "The Spirit of God will guide you to all truth" John 16:13.

The Bible is written so that we may understand our life and our relationship with our Creator and Lord, who misses us so much, and so that we may guide our lives. Therefore the Bible is not the story of the world but every man's life story, every man from the present, from the past and from the future in his relationship with Yahshua, Jesus Christ.

Why other books are not Word of God? In other books of moral, philosophy and of other existing religions, consider the following as I would like to make the reader not look at the Bible and each of its books as one religion, although It is used as such, but if you keep reading you will see why. In books of religion, the individual is made a member of an organization where he must fulfill several rituals and precepts in front of all the other members to be accepted. In the Bible we are showed the way to God, which we can reach by understanding that we cannot justify ourselves before God, as religions make people believe; that by the fulfillment, their leaders will remit your sins in the name of that religion or in the name of their god, or that you may share some of their privileges. Man must not reach the Bible looking for a religion of this type, but looking for an absolute personal relationship with God. This transformation of our thinking comes by understanding that Yahshua, Jesus Christ, saves us, and not that we have to save ourselves. This new situation makes us feel the need to share the Gospel so that others may be blessed with this personal relationship with God in Christ Jesus, in Yahshua, who died for us to deliver us from eternal death, and that we have understood our dependence in our Creator, who loves us

Science and history also recognize the Bible as true and inspired. Herodotus, Josephus, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Secret Code of the Bible, the Mathematical Code of the Bible and archeological discoveries about the miracles are a source of information that can only be ignored if someone insists in being blind and denies the evidence of its truth.

The Bible is the compilation of all the books written by the prophets, inspired by God to guide those who love Him through all times since creation, for man's salvation, bringing the message of the love of God our Creator and of the Messiah our Savior, His Son Yahshua, Jesus Christ, so that we may have hope and we may know our Creator who loves us.

From Moses who wrote the first five books of the Bible, up to John the evangelist who wrote the last one, until today, millions of believers have dedicated their lives to copying, translating and preaching the Bible. We can prove its legitimacy because even Jesus Christ, Yahshua, continuously refers to it. Today we still have copies of the original texts in the original languages, and they coincide with all the ones found until today. There is no doubt that the Spirit of prophecy and of the history of the Bible is the Spirit of God. Oral tradition would not have been carried with such perfection in transmitting the revelation if there wasn't a spiritual guardian.

This is the explanation that man's intelligence and history can provide, but let's take a look at how God describes His Holy Scriptures, His Word, His Verb:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made thought Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it... ...and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. John 1.

Here it is described how God, Christ Yahshua and the Holy Spirit, which are One, made creation, that He is the Word and the Verb. I remember a part of the prayer that the Messiah taught us in which we say: ...give us our daily bread. The bread is the Word of God to feed our souls spiritually and that Word is Himself. Make your choice, open your Bible every day. He feeds us with the bread of life. Because man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4 and John 6:35.

No doubt the Lord's wisdom is amazing as He said the parable of the one who built his house, which symbolizes his life and his soul, on the sand (men's wisdom), and not on rock (the faith in Jesus Christ and in the Word of God, the Bible, the solid foundation) that when the rain and the floods came and beat that house, it fell. Build your lives on the rock, the foundation of truth, and the rain, the floods and the wind of the armies of the devil will by no means beat you.

The Bible is not made to fulfill a religion of practice. The religion that God gave the Jews was to teach them that they could not fulfill His Law, so that they could understand that they were under sin. To be under the Law is to be under curse, because the failure to fulfill it brings along the punishment, and no one can fulfill it.

Galatians 3:10 ...For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them. But that no one is justified by the law is the sight of God is evident, for: The just shall live by faith...

Definitely we are very blessed having the Word of God with us.

If you have truly asked God for His Holy Spirit, He will guide you to all truth, and if there is anything that you read that is not God's, that idea will not stay in you. I recommend that before you read any writing, including the Bible, deliver you mind and understanding in the hands of the Holy Spirit who, according to Christ, is the helper. We must trust Him, not man. He will never lie to us. May God bless you and give you your daily bread, that He has hidden in His Word to feed us spiritually.
